My recent stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Big Rapids was delightful. the room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a coffee maker and free WiFi. the location near Ferris State University was perfect for exploring the area. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having a pet-friendly room for my 7 lb. Puppy. The hotel's outdoor heated pool and fitness center were great for staying active during my visit. the hot deluxe breakfast each morning was a nice touch, and the proximity to outdoor activities like fishing and canoeing by the Muskegon River added to the experience. the hotel's thoughtful touches, like premium bedding and laptop-friendly workspaces, made my stay comfortable. The staff were professional and ensured a pleasant stay. the complimentary continental breakfast and free HBO and Stars were added bonuses. Overall, Quality Inn & Suites provided a cozy and convenient stay, perfect for both business travelers and leisure explorers like myself.
